Refund and Exchange Policy

At SUM, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product.

Please review our policy below to understand your options:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@getsumrx.com to obtain
    a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once you have received your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) along with a
    copy of the original invoice or receipt, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 10 days.

 

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@getsumrx.com to obtain an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.
  • Once you have received your EA number, please securely package the item(s) along with a
    copy of the original invoice or receipt, and clearly mark the EA number on the outside of the package.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@getsumrx.com with details and photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
